Returns

All Still Rising products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse.

Please review the sizing chart before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photo of the item

If the issue is verified, we will send a free replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for replacement.
